Prepare the vinaigrette. Cut the cabbage in thin slices, wash, dry and place it in a bowl. Slice the apple thinly and season with the lemon juice. Add the pomegranate seeds and the grounded walnuts to the cabbage. Mix them and season with the vinaigrette.
Ingredients
Salad:
- 1/2 Red cabbage
- 1/2 Apple
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- 1 Pomegranate
- 2 handfuls of grounded walnuts
Porto vinaigrette ingredients:
- 5 tablespoons of Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of Pomegranate juice
- 2 tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Mustard
- Salt and thyme to taste
