Soup of chestnuts and porcini mushrooms

Finely cut the onion, put it in a pan with the oil, brown it for a little while and then add the sliced mushrooms previously cleaned.
Add the beans, the chestnuts and mix. Add the broth until it gets the desired consistency and salt to taste.
Cook for approximately 15 minutes.
Serve the soup with some toasted bread.
Ingredients
- 250 gr (1 cup) of boiled chestnuts
- 1/2 onion
- 200 gr (1 1/2 cup) of porcini or bottom mushrooms
- 398 ml (1 can) of mixed beans
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 glass of red wine
- 1.5 L (6.3 cups) of vegetable broth
