Preparation
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package in a large pot of salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a pan. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add the peas and corn kernels to the pan. Sauté for a few minutes until lightly browned.
4. Pour the vegetable broth into the pan and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the vegetables to cook and absorb the flavors.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well to coat the pasta with the corn-pea mixture.
7. Serve hot and, if desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan before serving.
8. Garnish with finely chopped Italian parsley and BasilicOlio.

- 250 g of pasta
- 1 cup (250 ml) of corn kernels
- 1 cup (250 ml) of peas
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

- 1/2 tsp of paprika
