Macaroni pasta with cannellini beans

Preparation

1. Gently sauté the peeled clove of garlic in a saucepan with olive oil.

 2. Add the cooked Cannellini beans along with all their preserving liquid. Add more water to cover the beans.

 3. Bring to a boil and add the macaroni. Stir occasionally to prevent the pasta and beans from sticking to the bottom of the saucepan.

 4. Add the fresh rosemary or dried rosemary one minute before turning off the heat.

 5. Serve the dish very hot or warm.

Ingredients

  • 160 gr (1 cup) of Macaroni
  • 398 ml (1 can) of Cooked Cannellini beans
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 20 gr (4 teaspoons) of Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 sprig of Fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • Salt: to taste
