Preparation

Mix all the liquids with the sugar. Sift the flour with the baking powder apart and then add the mixed liquids very slowly.
Once the dough is ready, put it in a square mold of 20 cm previously covered with parchemin paper.
Cook in the oven at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 250 gr (1 cup and 2 tablespoons) of all-purpose flour
  • 150 gr (3/4 cup) of sugar
  • 6 tablespoons of sunflower oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • The peel of 1 carrot
  • 150 ml (5/8 cup) of carrot juice
  • 100 ml (7 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon) of water
  • 1 pinch of salt
