In a blender or food processor, reduce the chick peas, garlic, LemonOlio and parsley to a smooth purée. Add water as needed. Sprinkle with lemon zest and pink peppercorns and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil if desired.
Serve with slices of plain or toasted pita bread, crackers or raw vegetables.
Ingredients
- 398 ml (1 can) of rinsed and drained chickpeas
- 20 ml (1 ½ tablespoons) of LimonOlio
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon zest and pink peppercorns for garnish
- (Optional) Extra virgin olive oil
