Preparation

1. Mix all the ingredients with a whisk until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter, quite liquid. 

2. Heat a pan with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. 

3. Pour a ladle of the mixture only when the pan is very hot, cook for 4 minutes on each side over low heat. 

4. Proceed in the same way with more ladles of batter until it is all used up. 

5. Fill as desired. We filled the crepes with fresh cheese, our green olive spread, and sun-dried tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 398 ml (1 can) of red kidney beans
  • 40 gr (approximately 1/3 cup) of all-purpose flour
  • Approximately 170 ml (approximately 2/3 cup) of water
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
