Preparation
1. First sweeten both cups of yogurt, then save for later a half yogurt portion, which will be needed as bar base. The other yogurt half portion has to be mixed with the smoothie.
2. After that, put the ingredients on a baking tray covered with wax paper as it follows:
Spread a layer of white sweetened yogurt as bar base, then add some scattered spoons of the yogurt formerly mixed with the smoothie and decorate with fresh and dried fruits as you like. We choose the blueberries, the cherries and the chopped pistachios.
3. Store in the freezer for about 2 hours.
