Preparation
- Add chia seeds, plant-based milk, and a whole Bioitalia puree to a jar. Stir and make sure chia seeds are fully submerged.
- Close the jar with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, garnish your pudding with fresh fruit, nuts, and maple syrup to sweeten.

- 1 Bioitalia puree of your choice
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of plant-based milk
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of maple syrup
