Preparation

  1. Add chia seeds, plant-based milk, and a whole Bioitalia puree to a jar. Stir and make sure chia seeds are fully submerged.
  2. Close the jar with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
  3. The next morning, garnish your pudding with fresh fruit, nuts, and maple syrup to sweeten.

Ingredients

  • 30 gr (2 tablespoons) of whole chia seeds
  • 1 Bioitalia puree of your choice
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of plant-based milk
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of maple syrup
  • Fresh fruit and nuts as desired
