  • ½ cup (125 ml) green bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup (125 ml) red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced (optional)

  • 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) lime juice
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small red chili pepper, deseeded and finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
