Preparation

Fill the glass to the brim with the ice, pour all the ingredients in and mix with a long bar spoon. 

Ingredients

  • 150 ml (5/8 cup) of tomato juice
  • 50 ml (1/5 cup) of Prosecco
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of lemon juice
  • 3-4 drops of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 drops of Tabasco
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ice cubes
