Preparation

  1. In a bowl, gently fold the Bioitalia fruit purée into the whipped cream. 
  2. Add sugar or honey if desired and mix until well combined. 
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. 
  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours. 
  5. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for the perfect texture.

  • 1 cup (250 ml) Bioitalia fruit purée (your choice) 
  • 1 cup (250 ml) ready-to-use whipped cream (store-bought or spray can) 
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) sugar or honey (optional, depending on the sweetness of the purée)
