Preparation
1. Prepare the glass rim:
- Pour liquid honey into a small flat plate.
- On a second plate, spread the crumbled rose petals.
- Dip the rim of the glass into the honey, then gently roll it in the rose petals for an elegant touch.
2. Prepare the mocktail base:
- In a shaker filled with ice cubes, combine the grape juice, pomegranate juice, and lychee syrup.
- Shake gently to blend the flavors.
3. Assemble the mocktail:
- Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes (use pomegranate-seed ice cubes for added flair).
- Pour the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
- Top with sparkling water, pouring slowly to preserve the bubbles.
4. Finish and serve:
- Garnish with a purple basil leaf and an edible flower on the rim of the glass.
- Add a few pomegranate seeds on top of the ice cubes for an elegant final touch.
