Preparation

1. Prepare the glass rim:

  • Pour liquid honey into a small flat plate.
  • On a second plate, spread the crumbled rose petals.
  • Dip the rim of the glass into the honey, then gently roll it in the rose petals for an elegant touch.

2. Prepare the mocktail base:

  • In a shaker filled with ice cubes, combine the grape juice, pomegranate juice, and lychee syrup.
  • Shake gently to blend the flavors.

3. Assemble the mocktail:

  • Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes (use pomegranate-seed ice cubes for added flair).
  • Pour the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
  • Top with sparkling water, pouring slowly to preserve the bubbles.

4. Finish and serve:

  • Garnish with a purple basil leaf and an edible flower on the rim of the glass.
  • Add a few pomegranate seeds on top of the ice cubes for an elegant final touch.

Bioitalia Tip: For an even more spectacular effect, serve this mocktail in a stemmed glass or a martini glass.

Chill your glasses in advance for a refreshingly cool drink.
