Preparation

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.

2. Meanwhile, heat the rosé sauce in a pan. When it starts to bubble, reduce the heat and pour in the vodka, stirring for two minutes to let it evaporate.

3. Cook the gluten-free penne in boiling water and drain them when they are al dente.

4. Toss the pasta with the sauce and garnish it with fresh parsley.

  • 320 gr (1.33 cups) of Gluten-free Penne
  • 80 ml (1.6 teaspoons) of Vodka
  • 330 ml of Rosée sauce
  • 1 handful of Fresh chopped parsley
