Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix the pear and banana puree with the sugar and vanilla extract.
2. In another bowl, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the fruit puree, folding softly to maintain the mousse's lightness.
4. Divide the mousse into small glasses or individual bowls.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set and chill the mousse.
6. Serve the mousse with a few pieces of fresh fruit or dark chocolate shavings for an added crunch.

• 1 cup (250 ml) of pear and banana puree
• 1 cup (250 ml) of whipped cream (or whipped coconut cream for a vegan version)
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) of sugar (adjust to taste)
• 1 tsp (5 ml) of vanilla extract
