Preparation
- Mix chia seeds and water and wait for 10 minutes.
- Then pour the gelatinized chia seed and water mixture into a bowl along with the remaining ingredients except breadcrumbs; let the mixture solidify in the fridge for about half an hour.
- Add breadcrumbs until a drier and solid consistency is achieved.
- Shape the mixture into hot dog shapes with your hands and bake them in the oven on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper brushed with extra virgin olive oil for about 15 minutes on each side at 200 degrees Celsius, or in a well-oiled pan over high heat until a nice golden crust forms on all sides.

- Cannellini beans (240 gr) 1 jar
- Flour 100 gr (0,8 cup)
- Breadcrumbs 100 gr for adjusting consistency
- Tomato paste 15 gr (1 tablespoon)
- Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika 1/2 teaspoon
- Oregano 1 teaspoon
- Extra virgin olive oil 15 ml (1 tablespoon) for brushing parchment paper
