Preparation

  1. In a blender, add the grape juice, banana, blueberries, and yogurt (or plant-based milk).
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the smoothie into two wide bowls.
  4. Top generously with granola.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  6. Decorate with fresh blueberries and a mint leaf, if desired.
