Preparation
• Prepare the ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, roughly chopped dried fruits, coconut flour, and cinnamon.
• Add the liquids: Incorporate the apple, banana, and strawberry puree and the sunflower oil. Mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.
• Spread on a baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the mixture evenly.
• Bake: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through to achieve an even golden color.
• Cool and store: Allow the granola to cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container.
• Serve: Enjoy with yogurt, milk, or as a snack!
