Preparation

1. Melt all the chocolate in a double boiler and when it is well melted, reserve 1 cup (160 gr) of melted chocolate into a bowl.

2. Also, add the apple puree to the reserved chocolate.

3. Mix well to incorporate the two creams and place in the freezer for about 1 hour to firm up.

4. Once the mixture is firm, shape it into balls with your hands and dip them in the remaining melted chocolate.

5. Arrange the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate them to harden perfectly.
