Preparation
1. In a glass, add the ice.
2. Pour in the carrot juice.
3. Add the gin.
4. Squeeze in the lemon juice,but save a few drops to wet the rim of the glass.
5. Grate the ginger and sprinkle it around the rim of the glass to add extra freshness to the cocktail.
6. Serve immediately.
Note: For a "spooky" effect, you can add 1 tablespoon of dry ice per glass.

- Carrot juice 100 ml (⅓ cup and 1 tablespoon)
- Premium gin 20 ml (4 teaspoons)
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- Ice cubes ½ glass
- Fresh grated ginger 1 teaspoon
