Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 °F (180 °C) and lightly grease a square baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the apple purée, plant-based milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Add the oats and raisins. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars to help them hold their shape.
