Preparation

Peel and seed the avocado, and cut it roughly. Blend it with the other ingredients (the lemon juice, the lemon zest, the Tabasco sauce, and the feta cheese) until the mix gets a smooth and rich consistency.

Then, chop the tomato and season with BasilicOlio, salt, and basil leaves. 

Cook the fusilli "al dente" and pour on the avocado sauce, the tomato mix, and the crumbled feta cheese.

Ingredients

  • 350 gr (1.85 cups) of vegetable fusilli
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • The zest of 1/2 lemon
  • A few drops of Tabasco sauce
  • 2 leaves of fresh basil
  • 160 gr (0.7 cups) of feta cheese
  • 1 red tomato
  • 2 tbsp of BasilicOlio
  • Salt to taste
