Bioitalia honey comes exclusively from Italian beekeeping, and in particular from Cava de’ Tirreni (Salerno area), nicknamed Little Switzerland for its geophysical shape, close to the Amal Coast. Honey is a complex substance, biologically alive and active, as it undergoes no preservative processing and contains fundamental elements for our diet, such as simple sugars, amino acids, vitamins and mineral salts. The vast variety of ora and of cultivations and the dry climate, typical of this territory, allow the honey to mature in an optimal condition.
